Graduate of the Universities of Geneva and Zurich, Marie Flegbo-Berney is an attorney-at-law at the Geneva Bar, and holds an LL.M. from Fordham University (NY). With more than 15 years of experience, she specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in the philanthropy sector. She regularly advises non-profit foundations and associations based in Switzerland. She is also a member of the board of directors of several companies in Geneva, as well as of a foundation board. \n\n<\/p>\nMulticultural and multilingual, Carmen has 25 years of national and international experience in business & sustainable development, corporate communications and marketing across industries, including economic promotion, air navigation services, automotive, IT and banking. Quick on her feet with a positive attitude she is engaged and committed to support the Swiss economy and society in accompanying their ecological and social transition. She is also a board member of the B Lab Switzerland foundation and president of the NGO Nicefuture. Chantal Iffland is a lawyer who worked at KPMG Fides at the beginning of her career, then joined the Claim Resolution Tribunal for dormant accounts in Switzerland, based in Zurich, where she worked as a legal secretary and later as Resident Claim Judge. \nWith a Master’s degree in Finance from HEC Paris and an engineering degree from the Ecole National Sup\u00e9rieur d’Informatique et de Math\u00e9matiques Appliqu\u00e9es de Grenoble, Cl\u00e9ment Perrette has worked in the financial markets in Paris and London as a trader, then as Head of Fixed Income Trading Europe at Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nIn Geneva for over 10 years, he has worked in Asset Management at RAM Active Investment as a fund manager.\n<\/p>\n
